Mr. Scoresby founded Boomerang Capital Partners in 2005 and is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the firm. He oversees the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and selection of Boomerang's investments. In addition, Mr. Scoresby works with a broad network of institutional and accredited individual investors to complete the capital financing of Boomerang's selected investments.

Prior to founding Boomerang, Mr. Scoresby was involved in starting, funding and leading multiple early-stage companies backed by nearly $75 million of private equity. Mr. Scoresby also spent five years at Arthur Andersen where he served as a Sr. Manager in the consulting and outsourcing practices. While at Andersen, he produced and managed over $100 million of financial services contracts. He received his MBA from Cornell University and a B.S. from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Thomas is a Principal at Boomerang Capital Partners where he is responsible for evaluating, negotiating, and structuring prospective investment opportunities as well as aiding operationally with Boomerang's portfolio investments.

Prior to working with Boomerang, Mr. Thomas was VP of Corporate Development at Western Digital (WDC: NYSE) responsible for acquisitions and divestitures of 7 different entities throughout the world representing over $500M in valuation. Mr. Thomas also held executive positions at Gateway Computer and Campus Pipeline, a successful technology start-up now a division of SunGuard. Earlier Mr. Thomas was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting group where he led consulting teams across the world working with leading companies on strategy and operational improvement. He received his MBA from The Wharton School and a B.S. from Brigham Young University.

Brandon Shoemaker is the Director of Finance at Boomerang Capital Partners. Mr. Shoemaker focuses on evaluating potential investments, conducting acquisition due diligence, analyzing the financial performance of Boomerang's portfolio investments and managing investor relations.

Prior to working with Boomerang, Mr. Shoemaker worked for Honeywell where he evaluated over $2 billion in annual deal flow and new product development as well as developed analytical models resulting in profitability improvements of over $45 million. Prior to Honeywell, Mr. Shoemaker worked for Boeing, managing the financial operations for $300 million in Apache helicopter contracts. He received his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.S. from Arizona State University.

Spencer Owens is the Director of Capital Investments at Boomerang Capital Partners. Mr. Owens focuses on the development and progress of Boomerang's real estate investment portfolio, client relations, and fund raising for future and ongoing projects.

Before joining Boomerang, Mr. Owens worked with Cornerstone Wealth Management in establishing its Arizona office, growing a client base, and providing client relations for all new and prospective clients. Mr. Owens has worked with various investment strategies designed to bring optimal return to investors while providing alternative exposure to their investment portfolio. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Mr. Owens was a Manager with Deloitte & Touche in its Audit & Enterprise Risk Services department in Phoenix. He received his B.S. from Brigham Young University.

Jesica Gage is the Controller for Boomerang Capital Partners. She is responsible for portfolio accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal audit.

Prior to Boomerang, Ms. Gage spent several years at Arthur Andersen in a variety of accounting and consulting positions. In this capacity, Ms. Gage consulted with many large and small clients to help them gain better control of their accounting processes including policies and procedure development, financial control design, and accounting information system implementation. Ms. Gage received her B.S. in Accountancy from Arizona State University.
